Ingredient

1½ cups baby carrots ▢1½ cups brussel sprouts ▢1½ cups potatoes Yukon Gold, cubed ▢1½ cups butternut squash cubed ▢3 tablespoons olive oil ▢½ tablespoon garlic salt (with parsley flakes) ▢½ tablespoon Italian seasoning ▢⅛ cup Parmesan cheese grated

Step -1

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Step -2

Place veggies in a bowl and add olive oil, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning. Toss to coat.

Step -3

Place on greased foil-lined baking sheet.

Step -4

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Step -5

Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping over half way through the bake time.
