3 (3-ounce) packages chicken ramen noodles ▢½ cup unsalted butter ▢1½ cups sliced almonds ▢½ cup olive oil ▢¼ cup distilled white vinegar or salad vinegar ▢⅓ cup sugar ▢2 (16-ounce) bags tri-color coleslaw mix
While ramen packages are opened, reserve the seasoning sachets. Break uncooked noodles using the bottom of a cup or your palms and place in a large plastic bag.
Melt the butter over medium-high heat in a skillet. Stir in the almonds and noodles and simmer for an additional 3–4 minutes, or until lightly browned and toasted. Transfer to a baking sheet and allow to cool.
Combine the oil, vinegar, sugar, and contents of ramen seasoning sachets in a medium container with a lid. Strictly close the lid and vigorously agitate the mixture. Aside; set aside.
Prior to serving, transfer the coleslaw to a sizable receptacle.
Dressing and noodle mélange are placed on top. Serve the mixture immediately.
