2 cups ketchup ▢1 cup water ▢1/2 cup apple cider vinegar ▢5 tablespoons brown sugar ▢5 tablespoons sugar ▢1/2 tablespoon yellow mustard ▢1/2 tablespoon pepper ▢1 tablespoon lemon juice ▢1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce ▢6 pork chops 1 inch thick, boneless ▢salt and pepper to taste

Step -1

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Step -2

Combine ketchup, water, vinegar, sugars, mustard, pepper, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.

Let simmer for 15 minutes.

Step -4

Season pork chops with salt and pepper and place on a baking sheet. 

Step -5

Cover each with 2 tablespoons of bbq sauce. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
