½ cup all purpose flour divided ▢½ teaspoon ground mustard ▢½ teaspoon garlic pepper ▢½ teaspoon seasoned salt ▢4 boneless pork chop loins ▢2 tablespoons canola oil ▢1 (14.5-ounce) can chicken broth

Step - 1

Ziploc a bag containing dried mustard, garlic pepper, seasoned salt, and 1/4 cup of the flour. Shake each pork tenderloin thoroughly to ensure that it is coated on all sides. Heat the oil in a wide skillet over the ingredients.

Chop pork into a 5-quart slow cooker. Add chicken broth on top. Cook the meat, covered, on low for two to three hours, or until tender.

Step - 2

Remove and set aside the pork. Blend the remaining flour into the crock pot's cooking liquids. Whisk until a uniform consistency is achieved. While covered, heat the gravy on high until it thickens. Spread over the steaks and savor.
