3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs ▢1/3 cup Louisiana-style hot sauce, divided ▢1/2 cup butter melted ▢1 large egg white ▢1 lb lean ground chicken ▢Blue cheese or ranch salad dressing (optional)


Step - 1

Melt one-third of a cup of spicy sauce in butter. This will reduce the heat of the marinade. If a more piquant flavor is desired, omit this step or use less butter.  

Combine bread crumbs, half of the hot sauce/butter mixture, and the egg white in a large basin. Mix the poultry in gently. Form twenty-four one-inch spheres. Prepare by greasing a baking pan.  

Step - 2

After 25 to 30 minutes at 400 degrees, or until thoroughly cooked.  

Step - 3

Toss the meatballs in the fiery sauce that remains. Serve with ranch marinating sauce or on their own. They are delightful in any case.
