12 oz uncooked rotini pasta ▢4 tbsp pesto ▢1 tbsp olive oil ▢1/2 tsp salt (or more if needed) ▢1/4 tsp garlic powder ▢pepper ▢1/2 cup grape tomatoes halved ▢1/2 cup small fresh mozzarella balls ▢2 fresh basil leaves chopped ▢Drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette reduction


Step - 1

While water boils in a large saucepan, prepare rotini per the instructions on the package.  

Drain pasta and set aside.

Step - 2

Pesto, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and pepper are combined in a large basin. Toss in the cooked rotini to combine.  

Step - 3

Tomato halves, mozzarella spheres, and fresh basil should be added. Keep refrigerated until serving. 

Step - 4

Peruse the reduction of balsamic vinaigrette and drizzle liberally prior to serving. GREATLY ENJOY!
