Step - 1

Preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Do not use cooking spray on both of the two 9"x5" bread containers. Whisk together the sugar, butter, and eggs in a large basin.  

Combine baking soda and sour cream dissolved in a separate basin with the sugar mixture. Incorporate bananas, 2 cups flour, and salt. By stirring, combine.  

Step - 2

The batter is divided into two containers. Proceed by distributing the batter evenly among TWO 9"x5" bread pans using the batter from the first basin.  

Step - 3

In a basin, combine the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and flour until creamy and smooth. Coat the mixture in both bread tins with an even layer.  

Step - 4

Confidentially distribute the batter from the second basin over the cream cheese in both pans.  

Step - 5

Before baking, sprinkle the top with a mixture of 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. \Bake for half an hour. After cooling, proceed to serve.
