1 lb ground beef ▢2 teaspoons onion powder ▢3 teaspoons minced garlic ▢58 oz. beef broth ▢56 oz tomatoes chopped (2 28 oz. cans) ▢1/2 cup ketchup ▢2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce ▢2 tablespoons brown sugar ▢1 teaspoon Italian seasoning ▢2 cups dry macaroni ▢garlic salt and pepper to taste as desired ▢cheese if desired


Step - 1

Combine minced beef, garlic, and onion powder in a large stockpot; cook until the beef is no longer pink. Eliminate the oils.

Step - 2

Combine broth, diced tomatoes from cans, Worcestershire, ketchup, brown sugar (optional), and Italian seasoning.  

Step - 3

Reduce heat and simmer for eight to ten minutes. 

Step - 4

Cook the dried macaroni for an additional fifteen minutes. If desirable, garnish with cheddar cheese, and ENJOY!
