Hot Honey Parmesan Carrot

1 1/2 pounds trimmed carrots 3 percent shredded Parmesan cheese, finely 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra-virgin 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules 1/2 teaspoon powdered onion 18 molar of sodium 1 tablespoon honey, heated  


Step - 1

Turn the oven to 400°F. Carrots should be cut crosswise into 1 1/2-inch segments. Using a half-lengthwise cut, transfer each portion to a medium bowl.  

Toss the carrots with the Parmesan, oil, garlic, onion powder, and salt to moisten.  

Step - 2

Spread the carrots in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet, with the cut sides down.  

Step - 3

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and the cheese is golden brown and crusty.  

Step - 4

Carrots should be transferred to a serving container. Evenly drizzle with heated honey.
