2 cups vegetable oil or as needed ▢1/4 cup butter melted ▢1/2 TB lemon pepper ▢1 TB lemon juice ▢12 wings


Step - 1

Lemon juice and lemon pepper are combined with 1/4 cup of heated butter; set aside.  

Fry wings over medium-high heat in heated oil. When the poultry is no longer pink and its juices run clear, cook for about 8 minutes.
