PEACH BREAD RECIPE

Ingredient

▢3 eggs ▢1 cup granulated sugar ▢¾ cup brown sugar packed ▢2 teaspoons vanilla extract ▢1 cup vegetable oil ▢2 cups diced canned peaches well drained and chopped into small chunks ▢3 cups all-purpose flour ▢1 teaspoon baking powder ▢1 teaspoon salt ▢1 teaspoon baking soda ▢1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Topping ▢1 tablespoon sugar ▢1 teaspoon cinnamon

Step -1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 8 x 4 inch loaf pans.

Step -2

Beat eggs in a large bowl, Add sugars, oil and vanilla and mix well.

Step -3

In another bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

Step -4

Fold in peach chunks and pour batter into greased pans.

Step -5

Bake in an oven preheated to 375°F for about 30 minutes or till the crust is golden brown.
