▢4 small red potatoes washed, sliced and cut into bite-sized pieces ▢1 head broccoli washed and chopped ▢1 yellow bell pepper sliced and seeded ▢1 red bell pepper sliced and seeded ▢1 cup fresh green beans trim the ends or 1 cup sliced zucchini ▢4 sausage links sliced ▢¼ cup olive oil divided ▢1 teaspoon garlic salt with parsley flakes ▢½ teaspoon dried basil ▢pepper ▢fresh parsley if desired


Step - 1

Preheating the oven to 400°F is required. Lightly lubricate a baking sheet that has been lined with aluminum foil with cooking spray. An alternative option is to utilize parchment paper.  

Olive oil should be drizzled over the potatoes before seasoning with garlic salt and pepper. The baking time is 10 minutes.  

Step - 2

After removing from the oven, combine the sausage slices and remaining vegetables. Season and drizzle with the remaining olive oil. To coat, toss.  

Step - 3

Proceed with baking for twenty minutes.  

Step - 4

Sausage and vegetables prepared on a sheet pan are ready in minutes and require little cleanup. This nutritious dish is an ideal weeknight supper.
